AKASHI-YAKI
Akashiyaki is a small fluffy round dumpling from the city of Akashi in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. The dumpling is similar to Takoyaki but its made of an egg-rich batter and octopus dipped into light dashi broth before eating. Locals refer to it simply as tamagoyaki “grilled egg”.
