AGE-KAMABOKO

Kamaboko is a type of cured fish paste, a processed seafood product common in Japanese cuisine. It is made by forming various pureed de-boned white fish. This item is similar to Satsuma age, but has firmer texture and more umami. They are ready to eat cold or grilled or used as one of the ingredients of oden and many other dishes.
